Mick Seymour is the founder and President of EVA. Mick has over 15 years of deal experience having participated in over 300 transactions.  He has been an adviser, a CFO for a portfolio company and has also been an investor in various transactions, so he is uniquely qualified to see value creation from many different perspectives. Mick has served many clients ranging from small start-ups to multi-billion dollar funds such as Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co., Investcorp, and Vestar Capital Partners.  Mick is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a CPA.

Troy Doucette joined EVA in 2003 after serving as Controller for a troubled food processing company where he gained significant experience in operational and financial restructurings. He has significant experience with the design of financial dashboards and the link between performance and incentives. Troy graduated from the University of Maine double majoring in business management and accounting.

Geoff Seymour joined EVA in 2007 after operational and consultative roles at DaimlerChrysler Corporation, BASF Corporation and Bureau Veritas.  Significant areas of practice included lean manufacturing process development and support in addition to environmental, health and safety compliance and controls implementation. Geoff graduated with an MBA from Michigan State University and a MS from Wayne State University.
